CarBabies LLC was incorporated in New York City. Our LLC office is in Westport, Connecticut, and our two Tesla Model 3s live in Stamford — where home pickup happens. We started with one Tesla Model 3 and a hunch that people in the metro NYC area would rather rent the future than another rental-counter sedan.
Why Tesla. Why now.
Because nobody who's actually driven one wants to go back. Because Superchargers are everywhere on the way to the Cape. Because the LIE in summer is more bearable when you're not paying $5/gallon. And because the car still drops jaws — every single time.
We're a small operation: two cars, two owner-operators, and a focus on doing this well. We answer texts. We meet people where they are. We treat every renter like the friend who's about to borrow our weekend ride.

Vacuumed, glass clear, fresh interior. Always. We refuse to hand off a car that doesn't look like it does in the photos.

You'll never start a CarBabies rental below 80%. We'd rather absorb a few extra kWh than have you stressed about range.

If the charger app is glitching at 9pm in Hyannis, we want to be the people who pick up. Customer service was a feature, not a department.
