These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of carbabies.co and the related domains teslariderentals.com, drivetesla3.com, and carbabiesny.com (together, the "Site"), operated by CarBabies LLC ("CarBabies," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. The Site is informational — bookings happen on Turo

CarBabies does not accept bookings or payments directly through this Site. All vehicle reservations, insurance, verification, payment, and the rental contract itself happen on Turo, a separate third-party platform. When you click "Book on Turo" from anywhere on this Site, you leave carbabies.co and enter Turo's platform, governed by Turo's own terms and policies:

CarBabies is not responsible for Turo's platform, policies, availability, or any dispute that arises on the Turo platform.

2. The Site content

Accuracy

We try to keep information on the Site accurate — vehicle specs, locations we serve, delivery details, destination guides, charging information, and so on. However, the Site may contain errors, out-of-date information, or typographical mistakes. Pricing, availability, specific car features, and policies are always determined by the live Turo listing at the time of booking, not by what's shown here. If anything in the Turo listing conflicts with the Site, the Turo listing governs.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews shown on the Site are quoted from publicly posted Turo guest reviews of our host profile. Ratings (currently 5.0 ★ · 88 trips) are updated periodically to reflect current Turo profile metrics but may lag the live Turo page by days or weeks.

Supercharger and charging content

Charging costs, Supercharger availability, destination charger availability at hotels, and anything related to the Tesla charging network can change without notice. We maintain destination guides in good faith but we don't control the Tesla Supercharger network or third-party destination chargers. Verify charging options at your destination before relying on them.

3. Delivery and pickup

Home pickup is in Stamford, CT. All other listed locations (Westport, Greenwich, LGA, HPN, NYC, etc.) are delivery destinations with a delivery fee selected at the time of booking on Turo. Delivery fees, timing, and exact meeting points are coordinated through Turo messaging after booking confirmation.

Service areas, delivery availability, and fees can change without notice. Weather, traffic, and vehicle availability may affect delivery timing. We do our best to be on time but can't guarantee specific arrival windows for airport pickups.

4. Use of this Site

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Site
Attempt to interfere with the Site's security, hosting, or infrastructure
Reproduce substantial portions of the Site's content without permission (short quotes with attribution are fine)
Submit false or misleading information through the contact form

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, design, logos, and the overall "CarBabies" brand — is owned by CarBabies LLC or used with permission. The CarBabies name and logo are our trademarks. "Tesla" and "Model 3" are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.; we are not affiliated with Tesla.

Guest photos re-shared with permission on our social media remain the property of their original creators.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARBABIES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM IT.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Rental-related liability (vehicle damage, injury, insurance claims) is governed entirely by the Turo rental agreement and Turo's protection plans — not by these Terms.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites including Turo, Tesla, Google (Analytics, Fonts, Maps), Instagram, TikTok, Netlify, and various destination hotels and travel resources. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarBabies LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after revisions means you accept the updated Terms.
